3. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made in advance through the methods we support (currently Stripe and PayPal).
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your service.
• Prices and billing cycles are subject to change. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Refunds, if provided, are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain independent backups of all data stored on our servers. We are not responsible for data loss.
• Comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Be fully responsible for the content you upload, distribute, or host.

You may NOT use our services to host or promote any of the following:

• Malware, phishing, or scams
• Illegal downloads or pirated content
• Child exploitation material
• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or unsolicited advertising
• Tools or instructions intended to facilitate hacking, DDoS attacks, or other network disruption

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a risk to our network or other users, or fail to make timely payments. Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice and may result in permanent loss of data.

7. Data & Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Users are fully responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Service cancellations must be submitted through our billing system or support team. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee refunds for partial usage or early termination unless otherwise stated.

11. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

Our website may contain advertisements or links to third-party services, including advertising networks such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions. Any integration with advertising networks is subject to the third party's terms and policies.
